What are we trying to do?

I want to thank you for joining the CTHO (Canyon Terrace Homeowners Only) website.

This is for Canyon Terrace Homeowners and residents (Leasing, renting). I thought it would be nice to have a dedicated site for our community only.

There are residents who might need help with many different things like needing information about the HOA, Who are the good vendors (tradesmen), construction issues, common areas, notices to residents from the HOA and general information.

From talking to neighbors, there is a lot of talent living in our community. Since we have a lot of fixed income and retried residents, we have time to help each other. Nothing feels as good as helping a neighbor.

This is not a site to post trivial grievances, politics or other matters not directly associated with our community.
